Design inspiration
Portal Canopy considers a flower arrangement as something sheltered within a small architectural space. Three thick, unequal ribbed arches cross above a central rounded chamber, with one higher sweep and a lower front span. The open windows let the flowers, framework and background stay separate enough to read. A loose arrangement of a few stems can occupy the real bowl mouth while leaving the crossing arches exposed. On a living-room console, the concept is intended to create a feeling of gathering: several different lines meeting around one simple center.
